Delete your account

You can delete your SlapChart account and all associated data at any time. Two ways to do it, both free, no phone call required.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

• Open SlapChart and go to Settings.
• Tap Account, then Delete Account.
• Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.

Option 2: Request it here

No app installed anymore? Submit your account email below and we will handle it. We will send a confirmation to that address before deleting anything, so nobody else can delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Deleted: your account, profile, email address, settings, and any data linking you to your ratings and photos.
• Deleted or de-identified:your ratings and photos. Where a rating still contributes to a location's historical score, it is stripped of everything that identifies you.
• Retained briefly: records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, deleted when no longer required.
